It takes a big man to admit when he was wrong.
Last night I was flipping around the TV, and I stumbled upon an episode of Seinfeld. Now, as anyone who’s ever talked to me knows, I have long claimed to hate this show. It just isn’t funny, I said. It’s the same thing every episode, I said.
Well, I may have to finally admit that I was wrong.
I caught the episode halfway through, but it was brilliant! The four main characters were sitting around talking about the most mundane things, and it was totally relatable! Then, one of them, I forget who, was dating someone and, through this totally nonsensical confluence of events based around the mundane topic they had all been obsessed with, the new love interest stormed off in a huff! Who HASN’T been there a million times?
April Fool’s! (I still hate Seinfeld – sorry James.)

Al hates the Mets.
(note I’m posting this on April 2. So it’s not a joke).
Zing!
It’s not a joke, it’s a factual error.
ha! sounds like a season 6-er
I agree with meh. good seinfeld reference, Al!
That’s you admitting that every episode of Seinfeld is the same!
just the ones in season 6
Thank god.
For a second there, while I was reading it, I was afraid I would be the only one left. And then when I’d see you I’d have to hear crap like “Hey it’s just like on that episode of Seinfeld when George… etc” Ugh! Or my pet peeve, “Hey remember when on Seinfeld, Kramer did… etc.”
God I despise that show…
